Return Process
- Write an email to hello@jaspacks.com stating that you’d like to return an item and include the reason for your return, or submit your request through your client portal on our website.
- We’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions for returning your item.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and process your exchange, store credit, or refund according to our policy below.
Processing Refunds

Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Timing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please check with your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
