Returns and Exchanges

• Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

• Timeframe: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

What We Offer

• Exchange for a different colour or product.
• Store credit for future purchases.
• A full refund as long as your return is in perfect condition

Processing Refunds

• Inspection: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Refund Timing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please check with your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective upon arrival. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
