Small details that make a big difference

Roll vs fold: Rolling works brilliantly for T-shirts, underwear, sweaters, and casual trousers. It saves space and reduces wrinkles. The cylindrical shape also helps you pack more tightly and spot items at a glance. Structured pieces like blazers, formal shirts, and jeans are better folded flat to avoid creasing.

Keep non-breathable fabrics away from the valve: Synthetic or waterproof materials placed directly under the valve can block airflow, reducing compression. Place them deeper in the bag and put natural fibres closest to the valve.

Vacuum twice for maximum compression: After your first vacuum, wait a couple of minutes as some air may have redistributed through the contents. Vacuum again for a tighter result.

Hand wash only and no direct sunlight: To keep your Jaspacks bags in top condition, clean them by hand with mild soap and lukewarm water. Avoid machine washing or tumble drying, as heat and agitation will damage the zip seal and valve. Also avoid leaving the bag in direct sunlight, as prolonged exposure to heat can affect the material and seal over time.
